Every order is custom and involves information and feedback from you, therefore we cannot guarantee any completion deadline unless discussed ahead of time. But in general, all items are designed and shipped in 2-6 weeks. If you would like to be first in line, please rush your order.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Extremely custom orders may have a lengthier processing time, be sure to mention in your message if you’d also like your order rushed so that we can get you an accurate quote and timeline.
Our company ships using USPS Priority Mail so that your order arrives quickly and is insured.
We happily support and love our international customers. We ship all International products through USPS First Class International. If you’d like to receive your order quickly, I suggest upgrading to International Priority Mail at checkout.
Sports Bride is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order and to make things easier, we offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $50.
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. To ensure a faster processing time, please rush your order. Then if you’d like to rush your order even more, you may choose USPS Express Shipping, this will generally get you your items 1 day sooner than USPS Priority Mail (my default domestic shipping method).
Due to the amount of work that goes into a first set of proofs, you order is subject to a minimum design fee of $55 if you choose to cancel after they have been sent to you. Additionally, you will be asked to approve all items before printing, please look everything over to be sure it is correct before giving your approval. Any changes requested after printing has begun will result in additional charges. As everything we offer is personalized, we do not accept returns. However, if your order was damaged in the mail, please send us pictures as soon as possible so that we can start an insurance claim and begin reprinting your order.

We only replace items at no charge if they are damaged in transit. If you need to change your event details and have your items reprinted, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help you with that.
